Yes, it's true. I admit it. I have been neglecting my blog. So, hopefully this post will be thorough enough to make up for it. ;)
Today is my Grandma's birthday! I don't know exactly how old she's turning, so I'm not going to guess....but it was also my mom's birthday on the 9th! (and I do know how old she turned!) On Sunday we had a huge birthday bash for my mom after church. First, we went to my Nana's in Ladner and had lunch there for my mom's birthday. to our surprise, about ten relatives showed up including my super cute cousins; Eden, Jacob, and Taya. Eden and Jacob are siblings and Taya is my dad's cousins daughter, so I think that makes her my second cousin (?). We stayed there till about 4 then we came home, had dinner here, and two really good deserts. They looked and tasted really really good, and I'm thinking now I should have taken pictures of them because they were a one time thing. My mom made them but she doesn't really make deserts like that very often. The two that she made were orange cranberry cheesecake and mocha mousse torte. They were both really good!
Hm....now I forget what I was going to blog about.......oh right! Cavalia! We are going to Cirque du Soleil Cavalia next week and I'm so excited! I already posted about it so I won't go into a big long explanation about it.
Penny is getting a haircut soon....and when the weather is good, I'll take a picture of my cute pup and post it! :) I have this very nagging feeling that I wanted to post something else...but I can't think of it. I guess I'll just have to blog again!
