Finally, the weather has cleared up and the sky of vast gray masses have split to uncover the glorious sun that shines down on us.
Finally, we have no school.
Finally........it feels like summer.
I have been ready for this weather to come since about 3 weeks ago. But now that it's here, I'm shocked at the difference it makes when the clouds and rain blow away. Yesterday, spent with a friend and her horses and a field full of wheat type grass at the golden hour, felt like summer for the first time. I was so glad when I woke up to see sun shining through my window.
Today we are off to Cultus Lake, and tomorrow we head over to Sechelt for the weekend. In other words, I won't be blogging until at least Monday.
When I was with my friend yesterday, we took roughly 400 pictures, none of which I can even view on the computer because our very unstable (and I mean literally, like the screen won't stay open) laptop won't do internet right now, so even if I get the pictures on there there is no way to blog them. The computer I'm using right now is a monster one with a.....a......a box! *gasp!* You know the realllllllyyyyyy old ones.......with a separate monitor? Yeah, well, that's what I'm using. It doesn't have an SD card port, and the USB I tried to connect to my camera and the computer, well, the computer won't recognize it.
In other words, I'm stuck picture-less for a while.
Anyways, I'm off to enjoy a day at Cultus Lake! :)
